It is a very good idea to relocate the rear fencing, however, TDOG would have to assume the cost either through volunteers or contracting M&M, original installers of the fence; not the town. I can get an estimate for moving the fence; however, by doing so I think the back double-gates would have to be moved as well. I will contact M&M and also on my next visit see if the back double-gates have to be relocated.

about 10 days ago I installed a temporary plastic fence down in the bottom section of the dog park. it seems to be keeping the dogs out of the smelly mucky water at the bottom. now it would seem a better idea to move the main fence in about 20 ft to avoid the low muck as it smells and looks like sewer drainoff from a septic system which cant be health for the dogs not to mention the breeding ground for mosquitios.

Sometimes my dad sleeps with my two beagles, Pepper& Hummer. Pepper likes to sleep at my dad's feet and he likes to tickle his feet. He also likes to sniff and lick my feet with his whiskers. Whenever Pepper takes a nap he snores big time. Pepper is the ultimate cuddle beagle.

Welcome to my My Beagle blog. I have two Beagles at home. Their names are Pepper and Hummer. They are both goofy! They have always been like that. I am in first grade and I've always wanted to be a vet when I grow up. In my blog I'm going to write about Beagles!

I just got Cesar Millans recent newsletter. In it he offers some dog park tips which you may find interesting.
"In America, there are not many places where we can let our dogs roam off-leash, so we really have to maintain the safety of the few areas that we do have. If too many accidents occur or if a human gets hurt, these areas may be closed down. But if these dog parks are examples of safe canine interaction, this can encourage cities and counties to make more places available to our…

If you feel a dog is being aggressive, politely talk to the owner. Remind them of the posted park rules about aggressive dogs. If the owner of an aggressive dog refuses to leave the park, please call the Animal Control Officer at 452-5088 and provide details. Upon your return home, please email us about the incident at
trumbulldogpark@yahoo.com so that we can record it in our park activity log.
We rely on the visitors of the dog park to police themselves just as they would anywhere else in town…
